Hygiene Therapy
A healthy mouth and beautiful smile require routine general and preventive care to stay that way. Our practice offers general care that includes regular oral examinations and cleanings. Our preventative hygiene services include fluoride, professional breath control, and periodontal (gum disease) treatments designed to help you maintain your smile’s health and beauty. Keep your teeth and gums strong and disease-free.
Sedation
Whether it’s a broken tooth that needs to be fixed, yellow teeth that need to be whitened, missing teeth that need to be replaced, or pain that needs to be eliminated, with Sedation Dentistry you can regain your health and have the fabulous smile you always wanted.
Root Canals
Each of our teeth contains a long, thin strand of dental pulp — which provides the tooth with nutrients and nerves — that extends down to the tooth’s root. If the pulp becomes infected or injured, the tooth’s nerves die and, often, without endodontic treatment, the tooth dies as well. Root canals are designed to save such damaged teeth.
Extractions
We would recommend a tooth extraction only in the most extreme of cases where another method of saving the tooth is not available. For example, if a tooth’s roots are damaged beyond repair, traditional restorative methods like root canal therapy would be impossible, or in the case of an impacted wisdom tooth; in these situations, extraction will be necessary.
Composite Fillings
In the past, tooth problems like cavities or other trauma only had one viable treatment option — metal or amalgam fillings. Thankfully, advances in the science of dentistry have led to the development of resin compounds that, when bonded to your tooth, provide a durable filling with a much more natural appearance. Composite restorations can typically be applied within a single appointment, and offer a viable alternative to metal fillings in many cases.
Night Guards & Sports Guards
A sports guard protects your smile while playing contact sports. A night guard stops you from grinding or clenching teeth while you sleep. Both contact sports and grinding your teeth put you at risk for tooth fractures and other oral health issues.
Orthodontic Clear Aligners
Invisible braces are the most innovative method available to get a beautiful, straight smile without traditional metal-filled braces. We can provide you with these comfortable, removable and invisible aligners that will allow you to achieve a straighter smile.
Crowns
Crowns, or dental caps, are used for both restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Crowns can enhance the visual appearance of discolored, chipped or otherwise traumatized teeth, and can also be used to rebuild teeth that have suffered decay, breaks, or other issues that have caused them to lose strength.
Bridges
Named for the way that they “bridge” the gaps between teeth lost to trauma or decay, bridges restore your smile’s health and beauty by placing durable artificial teeth where your natural teeth are missing. If your missing teeth make you feel self-conscious, or you’re noticing problems with speaking, chewing, or other everyday tasks, ask our team if a bridge may be right for you.
Dentures and Partial Dentures
Complete dentures replace all the teeth, while a partial denture fills in the spaces created by missing teeth and prevents other teeth from changing position. Candidates for complete dentures have lost most or all of their teeth. A partial denture is suitable for those who have some natural teeth remaining. A denture improves chewing ability and speech, and provides support for facial muscles. It will greatly enhance the facial appearance and smile.
Implants
Ask about our dental implants. Dental implants can replace one or multiple missing teeth. An artificial tooth (crown) can then be attached to the implant. The end result is a strong, secure tooth that is virtually indistinguishable from natural teeth.
Headache and migraine treatment
Botox for chronic migraines works by blocking pain signals from nerves to the brain and relaxing tight muscles in the head and neck that can contribute to pain. Administered as a series of injections over a short period of time, it is an FDA-approved preventive treatment for chronic migraine and can reduce the frequency of headache days.
TMJ/TMD Therapy
Do you feel pain when trying to open your mouth, or does it hurt to move your mouth from side to side? You could be suffering from the common problem of Tempromandibular Joint pain (TMJ) or Tempromandibular Dysfunction (TMD). Our team can perform an evaluation of your symptoms and concerns and suggest a customized treatment therapy for your condition.
Treatment of fine lines and creases in the skin
Botox (botulinum toxin) is used to relax facial muscles that cause fine lines and wrinkles, providing a rejuvenated appearance and smoother skin. Dentists inject Botox into these specific muscles to block the nerve signals that cause contraction, temporarily paralyzing them to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
